Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 3 hours’ notice may be eligible for a 50% refund via gift card, contact management for further details. Customers who are late or no-show their reservation will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We reserve the right to release reservations after their 15-minute start time has passed, to another client, without a refund. Please arrive 10 minutes before the allotted time, so that you get the full amount of your reserved time.
