Terms and Conditions

The following procedures are in place to ensure members and guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

1)    Tee Time required (walk-ins or additional time accepted if space/time available)

2)    24 hours cancellation time required, or you will be charged. Please use the portal to manage or call us at 828-414-9541

3)    It typically takes an hour per golfer to play 18 holes. Please reserve your Sim bay accordingly. Realize that you may not finish all 18 holes if your time is up AND there are people waiting. Keep your pace of play with this in mind.

4)    Clean Golf shoes or running shoes are fine but NO METAL SPIKES.

5)    Guests acknowledge they are under video surveillance for their safety. Tampering with the camera system or damaging equipment by not following procedures in the guidelines will result in financial compensation being paid to Tee To Green Sim Golf, LLC.

6)    Guests and members acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

7)    If you bring your own clubs, please make sure club faces are clean before play. We have a club cleaning stations, please use it.

8)    Keep food and drinks at the provided tables. NO FOOD OR DRINK INSIDE SIMULATOR at any time!

9)    ***Please limit your alcohol consumption to not endanger yourself or others***

10) Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators. No swinging clubs outside of the simulators swing area for safety reasons.

a.    Only one person in the hitting area at a time.

b.    Before you swing any club, check your surroundings (monitor, other players etc.) to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing.

c.     Be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times.

d.    Your shot must be directed forward toward the screen.

e.    Swinging should always take place on hitting area of the mat.

f.      Practice swings must be done on hitting area of the mat.

g.    Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s range of swing.

h.    There are uneven surfaces that are a tripping hazard, watch your step.

11) Report any accidents immediately.

12) Understand that simulation golf has its limitations and share of misfortune, bad luck, bad breaks, putts that should have gone in, drives that should have gone farther, please control your anger and no throwing clubs!

13) If you are a member, and you reserved time “after-hours”, please just use the bay that you reserved. Do not step into another bay as this will potentially result in a charge for an additional rental. If you bring guests, please make sure they abide by this as well. Surveillance cameras are recording your potential play in other bays and your credit card will be charged this additional time.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions of the Rules of Conduct and Guidelines. Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time and or membership without compensation.
